Landlords can choose from different excess levels per claim, ranging from no excess to £95 excess, ensuring flexibility to suit their budget. An excess is the amount paid towards each claim.

As a landlord, you are legally responsible for the safety of your tenants in relation to gas safety. By law you must: Repair and maintain gas pipework, flues, and appliances in safe condition. We can help provide the safety checks and legal documentation you need, so please just contact us for more information.

The price of a boiler service is shown as FREE when compared to the equivalent product without a boiler service. The boiler service is free in the first year only. Upon renewal the boiler service is chargeable.

The boiler service is a non-insurance element of your agreement and is subject to its own terms.
If you cancel your agreement within the 12 months agreement period and you have had a Free Boiler Service, a cancellation fee may be applicable.

Why has my policy price changed?

The main reasons that the price of your agreement changes at renewal are because introductory offers (such as a first year free boiler service) have expired or because of the increased costs of providing our services to you because of inflation, improved products or investment in our infrastructure.

Your price could also change if you request a change to your agreement, such as changing your excess or opting for different levels of cover.
